ServiceLine
Not Currently Operational 2025

A full-time sales and service team for blue collar businesses.

What it was

ServiceLine was a 2025 attempt at a staffed service operation for home and commercial service businesses — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, restoration, repair — that couldn't justify a full-time receptionist or a dedicated after-hours desk. The pitch was that ServiceLine's US-based team would pick up the calls, work the leads, and run the scheduling under each client's brand and inside each client's CRM.

The premise was that every missed call is a missed job, and a real human answering at 11pm on a Sunday is worth more than the slickest AI voicebot.

What was built

  • 24/7 inbound call answering by trained, US-based professionals
  • Lead intake and qualification
  • Job scheduling and lead handoff inside whichever CRM or lead source the client already used
  • Outbound follow-up on stale leads and quotes
  • Payment collection
  • Review defense and reputation management against false negative reviews
  • Branding so the team showed up as the client's own front office, not a third-party answering service

Status

ServiceLine didn't get traction. The product was launched and tested in market in 2025, the fit wasn't strong enough to keep going, and it was wound down. The brand and operating playbook are preserved.
