Intuzu LLC ("Intuzu," "we," "us," or "our") develops and operates web applications, mobile applications, and desktop applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use any of our Services, visit our websites, or otherwise interact with us.
By accessing or using any Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), profile details, and organization or company name.
- Payment information: billing address and payment method details. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store them.
- Content you create: data, files, messages, images, prompts, configurations, and other content you submit through any Service.
- Communications: support tickets, feedback, survey responses, and correspondence with us.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language, time zone, and app version.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, timestamps, error logs, and performance metrics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics cookies, and local storage for preferences. See Section 7 below.
- Desktop app telemetry: crash reports, feature usage counts, and diagnostic data (you may opt out in app settings where available).
C. Third-Party Sources
- Integrations: if you connect third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, payment providers, analytics tools), we receive the data you authorize.
- Public sources: publicly available business information for B2B outreach, subject to applicable law.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate Services: authenticate accounts, deliver features, process transactions, and provide support.
- Improve and develop: analyze usage patterns (in aggregate), fix bugs, optimize performance, and build new features.
- Communicate: send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, account notices), and with your consent, product updates and marketing.
- Security and fraud prevention: detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and fraud.
- Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK/Swiss Users)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information based on:
- Contract necessity: to provide the Services you requested.
- Legitimate interests: security, product improvement, analytics, and B2B marketing (with safeguards).
- Consent: for optional cookies, marketing emails, and similar activities where required.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, dispute resolution) or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
Usage data and aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely in de-identified form.
6. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; you acknowledge residual risk. Please use strong passwords and keep your credentials confidential.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our web-based Services use:
- Essential cookies: required for authentication, security, and basic functionality.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand usage patterns (e.g., Google Analytics). You can opt out via browser settings or tools like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Our desktop applications do not use cookies but may collect diagnostic telemetry as described in Section 1B.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: update or correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal exceptions).
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction / objection: restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in any email.
- Do Not Sell / Share (CCPA): we do not sell personal information. California residents may still exercise this right by contacting us.

9. International Data Transfers
Intuzu LLC is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required by applicable data protection laws.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 in the U.S.). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
